Messecatering for REHACARE: a warm welcome everyone can reach
REHACARE is the leading international trade fair for rehabilitation, care, prevention and inclusion — four days at Messe Düsseldorf, around 700 exhibitors and 40,000 visitors. It is a fair built on hospitality and human contact, and a genuinely welcoming coffee bar belongs right at its heart.
What REHACARE is, and who you are hosting
The fair in numbers.
Held every September, REHACARE brings together assistive technology, mobility aids, care products, therapy and services for people with disabilities and care needs, and the professionals who support them. Visitors include care professionals, therapists, buyers, and many people with disabilities and their families.
That mix asks for a stand that feels welcoming and unhurried. Coffee is a natural part of that: a warm drink, a place to sit for a moment, and a friendly face are real hospitality here, not a sales gimmick. Done well, the bar simply makes your stand the comfortable place people are glad to stop.
Hospitality that is genuinely accessible
We set the bar up to be easy for everyone to use: an accessible counter height, clear space to approach in a wheelchair, and baristas who take the time to welcome each visitor rather than rush the queue. The tone is calm and attentive, matched to the room.
Good coffee still does its quiet work. It gives visitors a reason to pause at your stand, and gives your team an easy, human way to start a conversation with a care buyer or professional, over a cappuccino rather than across a counter.
Suggested setup for a REHACARE stand
A care-focused audience rewards warmth, accessibility and a calm pace over spectacle. Here is what we would put on your stand.
Accessible coffee bar
We set the counter at an accessible height with clear space to approach, so every visitor, including wheelchair users, can reach the bar comfortably.
Calm, attentive barista hosting
Baristas who take the time to welcome each person warmly, host in English and German, and match the unhurried, human tone of the fair.
Healthy food, allergen-aware
Light bites, fresh juices and matcha, with vegan and gluten-free options and clear labelling, suit a health- and care-focused audience.
Branded cups & logo latte art
A tasteful logo on the cup and in the foam keeps your brand present without ever feeling pushy in a caring environment.
Breakfast catering
Coffee, pastries and fruit set up before the doors open make your stand a welcoming first stop each morning of the fair.
Everything, from one team
Coffee anchors the stand, but it rarely travels alone. Tell us what your REHACARE stand needs and we deliver it as one package: one team, one setup, one invoice.

Messecatering REHACARE: questions exhibitors ask
Can the coffee bar be made accessible?
Yes. We set the counter at an accessible height and keep the approach clear so wheelchair users and everyone else can reach it comfortably. Accessibility is part of how we plan a REHACARE stand.
How much space does the bar need?
About 2 x 1 meters, plus a little clear approach space. It fits within most REHACARE stands and we plan the position with you.
What do you need from us in the hall?
One standard 230V socket. No water connection. We bring the machine, beans, milk, cups and a barista crew, set up the day before the fair.
Which languages do your baristas speak?
English and German as standard, with more on request, and always a calm, attentive manner suited to the fair's audience.
Can you provide allergen and dietary options?
Yes. We offer vegan and gluten-free options with clear labelling, and can tailor the food menu to a health- and care-focused audience.
