Messecatering Hamburg: a coffee bar that earns its square meters
Hamburg Messe halls are busy, international and full of stands competing for the same visitors. We give yours a reason to stop: serious espresso, baristas who host in English and German, and a bar people photograph.
At home in the halls of Hamburg Messe
From the biggest crowds to the most specialist buyers, we match menu, pace and hosting style to the fair you booked.
SMM
The world's leading maritime fair, buyers from every shipping nation. Our baristas welcome them in English and German.
INTERNORGA
A hospitality and food-service crowd that knows good coffee. Specialty espresso holds up to the toughest palates in the hall.
WindEnergy Hamburg
Wind-industry engineers walk long days between meetings. Good coffee keeps them at your counter one conversation longer.
Aircraft Interiors Expo
Cabin-design buyers notice craft. Latte art, a tidy bar and your logo on the foam fit the design story.
OMR Festival
A huge, young marketing crowd with short attention spans. A flat white queue gives your team the time to qualify a lead.
Nordstil
Retail and lifestyle buyers judge presentation. A polished bar becomes a photo motif that carries your name.
Your fair
Another date on the Hamburg Messe calendar? We cover the full programme, plus fairs across Germany and Europe.
All Messecatering →A harbour city that runs on trade
Hamburg is a port and a trade city, and its fairs reflect it: maritime, wind energy, logistics, food service and a huge marketing scene, led by SMM and OMR. The visitors are professionals and international buyers, here to do business.
That audience rewards a genuinely good coffee. We bring La Marzocco machines and specialty beans, dial them in before the doors open, and staff the bar with baristas who host in English and German. We are based in Düsseldorf and travel in the day before, so operation is ready the minute the doors open.
The whole stand, one brief
Coffee anchors the stand, but it rarely travels alone. Tell us what your booth needs and we deliver it as one package: one team, one setup, one invoice.
- Espresso, cappuccino, flat white, plus iced drinks in summer
- Cocktails, aperitivo and champagne for the evening reception
- Branded cups and your logo on the foam
- Hostess staff and table service for your meeting area
- Full setup and breakdown always included

Messecatering Hamburg: questions exhibitors ask
How much space does the coffee bar need on our stand?
About 2 x 1 meters. The bar works on compact stands, fits against a wall or into a corner, and still leaves room for your meeting area.
What do we need to provide at Hamburg Messe?
One standard 230V socket. No water connection is needed. We bring the machine, the bar, the beans, the milk and the crew.
Can you keep up with OMR Festival level crowds?
Each station serves 100 to 150 quality drinks per hour. For peak traffic we add a second station and barista, so the queue stays short and lively.
Which languages do your baristas speak?
English and German as standard, with more languages on request. Our baristas host your visitors and hand warm conversations over to your sales team.
You are based in Düsseldorf — how does that work for Hamburg?
We load the van in Düsseldorf and travel in the day before, so we arrive, set up and test everything before the doors open. You get a finished bar and a crew that already knows your brief. Full setup and breakdown are always included.
