Messecatering Berlin: a coffee bar that earns its square meters
Messe Berlin halls are busy, international and full of stands competing for the same visitors. We give yours a reason to stop: serious espresso, baristas who host in English and German, and a bar people photograph.
At home in the halls of Messe Berlin
From the biggest crowds to the most specialist buyers, we match menu, pace and hosting style to the fair you booked.
IFA
One of the world's biggest consumer-electronics crowds. We keep the line moving at 100 to 150 drinks per hour and turn waiting into talking.
ITB Berlin
The world's leading travel trade fair, buyers from everywhere. Our baristas welcome them in English and German.
InnoTrans
Rail engineers walk vast halls for days. A flat white at your stand is the break they are already looking for.
Grüne Woche
A huge food and agriculture public crowd. Branded cups travel the whole hall in visitors' hands.
FRUIT LOGISTICA
Fresh-produce buyers judge quality. A polished bar with latte art signals the same care as your product.
DMEA
A digital-health crowd runs on back-to-back meetings. A proper coffee gives them a reason to pause at yours.
Your fair
Another date on the Messe Berlin calendar? We cover the full programme, plus fairs across Germany and Europe.
All Messecatering →Germany's capital of big audiences
Berlin runs some of the largest fairs in the country, and they pull enormous international and public crowds: IFA, ITB and Grüne Woche each move hundreds of thousands of visitors across the Messe Berlin halls. On a floor that size and that busy, a stand has seconds to make someone stop.
A real espresso bar is that reason to stop. We bring La Marzocco machines and specialty beans, dial them in before the doors open, and staff the bar with baristas who host in English and German, so every visitor is welcomed in a language they relax in. We are based in Düsseldorf and travel in the day before, so you arrive to a finished bar.
The whole stand, one brief
Coffee anchors the stand, but it rarely travels alone. Tell us what your booth needs and we deliver it as one package: one team, one setup, one invoice.
- Espresso, cappuccino, flat white, plus iced drinks in summer
- Cocktails, aperitivo and champagne for the evening reception
- Branded cups and your logo on the foam
- Hostess staff and table service for your meeting area
- Full setup and breakdown always included

Messecatering Berlin: questions exhibitors ask
How much space does the coffee bar need on our stand?
About 2 x 1 meters. The bar works on compact stands, fits against a wall or into a corner, and still leaves room for your meeting area.
What do we need to provide at Messe Berlin?
One standard 230V socket. No water connection is needed. We bring the machine, the bar, the beans, the milk and the crew.
Can you keep up with IFA level crowds?
Each station serves 100 to 150 quality drinks per hour. For peak traffic we add a second station and barista, so the queue stays short and lively.
Which languages do your baristas speak?
English and German as standard, with more languages on request. Our baristas host your visitors and hand warm conversations over to your sales team.
You are based in Düsseldorf — how does that work for Berlin?
We load the van in Düsseldorf and travel in the day before, so we arrive, set up and test everything before the doors open. You get a finished bar and a crew that already knows your brief. Full setup and breakdown are always included.
