Kaffee Catering Messe, the reason visitors stop

An espresso bar does what no giveaway can: it stops visitors, holds them at your stand and starts the conversation ☕. We run that engine at fairs across Germany and Europe.

Trusted by exhibitors across Europe's fair cities

An ExpoBaristi coffee bar drawing visitors on a Messe stand

Built to turn
traffic into leads

A giveaway buys a glance. A flat white buys real dwell time, and our baristas use it to start the conversation your sales team finishes.

Dwell time by design

A flat white is crafted, not poured. The visitor spends those minutes at your booth, not walking past it.

The warm handover

Handover signals agreed before the fair. Real buying interest gets introduced to your salesperson by name.

From espresso scent to qualified lead

(01)

The scent stops the walk

Fresh espresso carries down the aisle and does the first job of any stand: it stops feet.

(02)

The queue does the marketing

A short line is the strongest social proof in the hall. Busy stands pull busier crowds.

(03)

Dwell time opens talks

While the drink is crafted, your team has a relaxed visitor and an easy opener.

(04)

Talks become leads

The barista hands warm interest to your sales team. Designed, not lucky.

Why the bar beats every giveaway

Minutes, not glances

Tote bags get carried straight to your competitor's stand. A coffee keeps the visitor at yours.

The giveaway people keep

Nobody photographs a tote bag. A logo in the crema gets snapped, shared and remembered.

A queue that sells

Short enough to join, busy enough to look like the place to be. We size stations to your traffic.

Every fair day covered

Barista rotations from hall opening to close. The engine never stops mid-fair.

Kaffee Catering Messe, answered

How many drinks can you serve at peak times?

100 to 150 quality drinks per hour, per station. For large stands or keynote rushes we add a second station so the queue stays short enough to join.

Can you staff full fair days, every day?

Yes. Barista rotations cover every fair day from hall opening to close. The bar never stands unmanned.

How does the lead handover work in practice?

Before the fair we agree handover signals with your team. When a barista hears genuine buying interest, they introduce the visitor to one of your salespeople by name.

How much space does the coffee bar need?

About 2 x 1 meters and one standard 230V socket. No water connection needed, so it fits almost any stand layout.

Which cities do you cover?

Düsseldorf and Köln are home. We also travel to Frankfurt, München, Berlin, Hamburg and across Europe, with the same crew and setup.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can for the big weeks, since strong fairs fill the calendar early. Send your brief whenever you are ready and you get a quote within 24 hours.
