Messecatering Paris: a coffee bar that earns its square meters
Paris Expo halls are busy, international and full of stands competing for the same visitors. We give yours a reason to stop: serious espresso, baristas who host in English and French, and a bar people photograph.
At home in the halls of Paris Expo
From the biggest crowds to the most specialist buyers, we match menu, pace and hosting style to the fair you booked.
VivaTech
Europe's biggest tech and startup event, a fast international crowd. A branded coffee bar makes your stand a destination.
SIAL Paris
One of the world's largest food fairs. Your visitors taste for a living, so specialty espresso holds up to their palate.
Maison & Objet
A design and lifestyle crowd that notices craft. Latte art and a tidy bar fit the aesthetic.
JEC World
The world's leading composites fair. Engineers walk long days; good coffee keeps them at your counter.
Global Industrie
A broad industrial crowd of buyers and engineers. Our baristas host in English and French.
Première Vision
Textile buyers judge quality and detail. A polished bar signals the same care as your collection.

All Messecatering →Düsseldorf standards, on the Paris floor
Paris runs some of the world's biggest fairs across Villepinte and Porte de Versailles: VivaTech, SIAL, Maison & Objet and JEC World draw buyers from every continent. It is an international floor where a good stand still has to earn attention.
We bring that reason to stop across the border. La Marzocco machines, specialty beans dialled in before the doors open, and baristas who host in English and French, with German on request. We are based in Düsseldorf, travel in ahead of the fair, and bring the same crew and standard to Paris.
The whole stand, one brief
Coffee anchors the stand, but it rarely travels alone. Tell us what your booth needs and we deliver it as one package: one team, one setup, one invoice.
- Espresso, cappuccino, flat white, plus iced drinks in summer
- Cocktails, aperitivo and champagne for the evening reception
- Branded cups and your logo on the foam
- Hostess staff and table service for your meeting area
- Full setup and breakdown always included

Messecatering Paris: questions exhibitors ask
How much space does the coffee bar need on our stand?
About 2 x 1 meters. The bar works on compact stands, fits against a wall or into a corner, and still leaves room for your meeting area.
What do we need to provide at Paris Expo?
One standard 230V socket. No water connection is needed. We bring the machine, the bar, the beans, the milk and the crew.
Can you keep up with VivaTech level crowds?
Each station serves 100 to 150 quality drinks per hour. For peak traffic we add a second station and barista, so the queue stays short and lively.
Which languages do your baristas speak?
English and French as standard, with more languages on request. Our baristas host your visitors and hand warm conversations over to your sales team.
You are based in Düsseldorf — how does that work for Paris?
We load the van in Düsseldorf and travel in the day before, so we arrive, set up and test everything before the doors open. You get a finished bar and a crew that already knows your brief. Full setup and breakdown are always included.
