Jaarbeurs Utrecht is one of the largest exhibition and convention centres in the Netherlands, sitting right in the heart of the country beside Utrecht Centraal. Its calendar runs the full range, from heavyweight B2B fairs like TechniShow and VIV Europe to some of the biggest consumer events in the country, so the crowd at your counter changes completely from one week to the next.
We match the bar to it. La Marzocco machines, specialty beans dialled in before the doors open, and baristas who host in English and Dutch, with more languages on request, so every visitor is welcomed in a language they relax in. We are based in Düsseldorf, a straight two-hour run down the A12, and we bring the same crew and the same standard across the border.

Messecatering Utrecht: questions exhibitors ask
How much space does the coffee bar need on our stand?
About 2 x 1 meters. The bar works on compact stands, fits against a wall or into a corner, and still leaves room for your meeting area.
What do we need to provide at Jaarbeurs Utrecht?
One standard 230V socket. No water connection is needed. We bring the machine, the bar, the beans, the milk and the crew.
Can you keep up with Vakantiebeurs level crowds?
Each station serves 100 to 150 quality drinks per hour. For peak traffic we add a second station and barista, so the queue stays short and lively.
Which languages do your baristas speak?
English and Dutch as standard, with German and more on request. Our baristas host your visitors and hand warm conversations over to your sales team.
You are based in Düsseldorf — how does that work for Utrecht?
We load the van in Düsseldorf and travel in the day before, so we arrive, set up and test everything before the doors open. You get a finished bar and a crew that already knows your brief. Full setup and breakdown are always included.
