About 2 x 1 meters for the full bar. It fits inside most standard booths, and we plan the position with you so the queue pulls visitors in instead of blocking your demo area.
One standard 230V socket. No water connection. We bring everything else: machine, grinder, beans, milk, cups and a trained barista crew, set up the day before the fair.
100 to 150 quality drinks per hour, per station. For Anuga or gamescom traffic we often recommend a second station so the queue stays a magnet, not a wall.
