Messecatering Stuttgart: coffee for the engineers’ fairground
Messe Stuttgart sits right next to the airport, in the middle of Germany’s automotive and machinery heartland. The visitors are engineers and buyers with full schedules. We give them a reason to stop at your stand: real espresso, baristas who host in German and English, and a bar people remember.
At home in the halls of Messe Stuttgart
Technical fairs, long visitor days and international buyers. We match menu, pace and hosting style to the fair you booked.
LogiMAT
The intralogistics fair fills every hall. We keep the queue moving at 100 to 150 drinks per hour, so visitors talk to your team instead of waiting.
CMT
Nine days of travel and caravaning crowds. A coffee bar keeps families and dealers at your stand longer.
VISION & Motek
Machine vision and automation buyers come from every market. Our baristas welcome them in English and German.
The Battery Show Europe
Battery and e-mobility specialists in back-to-back meetings. Good espresso keeps the conversations going.
Blechexpo
Sheet-metal engineers walk long aisles. A real espresso is the break they want, served at your stand.
R+T
The world’s leading fair for shutters, doors and sun shading. A branded bar makes your stand easy to find.

All Messecatering →Germany’s industrial heartland
Stuttgart is home to carmakers, machine builders and thousands of specialised suppliers, and its fairground reflects that. LogiMAT, Motek, VISION, Blechexpo and AMB bring decision-makers and engineers who plan their visits carefully and spend several days in the halls.
We know this fairground: in September 2026 we ran a coffee bar for an exhibitor through all five days of AMB. We bring La Marzocco machines and specialty beans, travel in from Düsseldorf the day before, and hand you a finished, tested bar before the doors open.
The whole stand, one brief
Coffee anchors the stand, but it rarely travels alone. Tell us what your booth needs and we deliver it as one package: one team, one setup, one invoice.
- Espresso, cappuccino, flat white, plus iced drinks in summer
- Cocktails, aperitivo and champagne for the evening reception
- Branded cups and your logo on the foam
- Hostess staff and table service for your meeting area
- Full setup and breakdown always included

Messecatering Stuttgart: questions exhibitors ask
How much space does the coffee bar need on our stand?
About 2 x 1 meters. The bar works on compact stands, fits against a wall or into a corner, and still leaves room for your meeting area.
What do we need to provide at Messe Stuttgart?
One standard 230V socket. No water connection is needed: we bring our own fresh-water and waste-water tanks, plus the machine, the bar, the beans, the milk and the crew.
Can you handle LogiMAT or CMT crowds?
Each station serves 100 to 150 quality drinks per hour. For peak traffic we add a second station and barista, so the queue stays short.
Have you worked at Messe Stuttgart before?
Yes. In September 2026 we ran an exhibitor’s coffee bar through all five days of AMB, so we know the halls, the delivery routes and the setup times.
You are based in Düsseldorf. How does that work for Stuttgart?
We load the van in Düsseldorf and travel in the day before, so we arrive, set up and test everything before the doors open. Full setup and breakdown are always included.
